Electroplating is a core process of soldering tip production—and traditionally, a process known for its environmental impact. At Appeal Enterprise, we take the responsibility seriously and have taken comprehensive action to minimize pollution and emissions throughout our operations.
Our manufacturing facilities are equipped with advanced systems for wastewater treatment, sludge treatment, and air purification, all designed to ensure compliance with stringent environmental regulations. Real-time water quality monitoring and a rooftop rainwater harvesting system allow us to collect and purify rainwater efficiently, enhance wastewater treatment.
To further curb air pollution, we use acid mist spray towers (acid fume scrubbers) that neutralize and purify acidic gases produced during electroplating.
